What counts as a task?

A task is one request you’d send in an email: update the pricing table, add this blog post, fix the contact form, change the hero image. Something that takes under about an hour. Bigger jobs, like a new page from scratch, are quoted separately or counted as several tasks, and we tell you before starting.

An administrator login for WordPress. For the monthly plans we also ask for hosting or cPanel access so we can manage backups, SSL and server-side issues without waiting on your host. We use our own named user and remove it if the plan ends.

Every request is acknowledged within 24 hours on working days, and most tasks are completed inside that window. If the site is down or a form has stopped working, it goes to the front of the queue. Larger changes get an estimated time when we acknowledge them.

Yes, most of the sites we support were built by someone else. We start with a quick health check of the theme, plugins and hosting so we know what we’re working with. If a site has been built badly enough that maintaining it is a losing battle, we say so and can quote for a proper WordPress redesign instead of billing you to patch it.

We roll it back. Backups are taken before updates, and on the Growth and Premium plans updates are tested on a staging copy first. If something still slips through, restoring the site and finding a compatible version of the plugin is part of the plan, not an extra charge.

No contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel or change plan with a week’s notice. The hourly option has no commitment at all. Most clients stay for years, but that’s because the site keeps working, not because they’re locked in.

Building new pages or features, full redesigns and content writing are separate projects. The Premium plan does include page speed optimization and technical SEO on up to ten pages; if you want a full keyword-led campaign, that is our on-page SEO service. Anything outside the plan gets a quote before any work starts.
